STEP 1 – JOURNALING EXERCISE

Invoke the presence and divine light of your Higher Self to fill your body, heart, and mind. Take several deep breaths in and out to connect with your physical body and soften your awareness to reside into your heart. Invite your awareness to connect with the resonance of grace, and create some time to journal about the following prompts:

1. How am I willing to strengthen my faith by surrendering into the grace of Sophia blessing me in all ways, beyond my understanding, forward and backward in time?

2. Is there a particular cause you feel compelled to advocate for miracles? Consider if this desire for change could be connected to your divine purpose in this lifetime.

3. Are you able to relinquish your need to control what you understand about Sophia as a primordial Holy Mother of grace? What is the difference between controlling an outcome and co-creating an outcome with Sophia’s grace?

4. Write about one example of when you felt the divine intervention of grace in your life? What was it like to witness the orchestrations of grace that were caring for you and advocating for you beyond your understanding?

STEP 2 – POST TO FORUM

Post an image that represents how grace feels for you. Share your greatest breakthrough from this journaling prompt about how you are integrating the vibrational resonance of grace into your daily life. Be sure to add the hashtag #integratinggrace at the end of your post so that we can celebrate your growth from this important self-mastery activation step! 

STEP 1 – CREATE YOUR SACRED SPACE

Prepare a glass of filtered water to drink and have your copy of The Sophia Code^® with you. Sit at your altar or in your sacred space and light a candle. Focus upon the intention to receive Sophia’s unconditional love for you and the all-loving, miraculous presence of Grace. Take three deep breaths and ground yourself to the heart of Mother Earth. Invoke your Higher Self to create a circle of Divine Feminine Christ light around you. Ask your Higher Self to bless your water for this ritual.

STEP 2 – READ PASSAGE & JOURNAL

Read the section “Five Ways Our Mystery School Teaches You,” pages 51-52 from Chapter 5 of The Sophia Code^®, out loud. Then read the following passages from these pages aloud, one by one. After reading each one, meditate for 10 minutes about a time when you have experienced each one of these learning vehicles in your life. Follow the richness of any somatic sensations which arise for you and notice how your increased consciousness and presence with each experience shifts how you are able to integrate its wisdom into your present life and carry it forward as an essential part of your divine purpose and Higher Self embodiment. Consider journaling for a few minutes after each meditation to receive a mantra to always refer back to.

Divine Feminine Vehicle of Awakening #1: “Create a feeling response of equanimity and accessibility that softens, inspires, and empowers you.”

In Section 2 of The Sophia Code^® each Keycode mentor will be sharing about her personal challenges and feelings that were a part of her journey in the worlds of form. These vulnerable details inspire us to reach for our highest potential because we can relate with the universal feelings of their journey.

• How does sharing your personal story of overcoming challenges invite others to honor their own human journey?
• Did you ever think you could feel this close to an Ascended Master?

Divine Feminine Vehicle of Awakening #2: “Create spontaneous self-recognition responses that invoke your acceptance and celebration of the master within you.”

The Sophia Code^® is written as a pure vehicle of light that mirrors back to you the light of your sovereign divinity. The somatic responses of your body and your feelings responding to this sacred text are helping your awareness to identify that this is a truth you have always known about yourself. Every time you have an ‘ah-ha’ moment you are deepening into a heart-centered space that inspires momentum to keep exploring the truth of who you really are.

• Do you feel joyful, peaceful, anxious, or regretful when you remember that you are a sovereign, divine being having a heroic human experience? Or maybe all of these feelings? Why?
• Is it thrilling or challenging for you to consider that the ancient knowledge and rays of wisdom of the Ascended Masters exists within you as well?
• As you recognize and resonate with the feelings of truth rolling through your body as you read The Sophia Code^®, how are you learning to trust your own intuition again in new ways?

Divine Feminine vehicle for awakening #3: “Create a self-initiatory response that builds confidence to command miracles and trust in your own divine knowing.”

Every Keycode Initiation in Section 2 of The Sophia Code^® is written for you to read out loud in the first person perspective so that you can feel the powerful resonance of your own voice activating your divine genome and helping you to integrate the light of your Higher Self into your human body. You also get to experience what it feels like to invite the Ascended Master Keycodes to directly mentor you through the written word of this sacred text. Further, reading aloud any part of The Sophia Code^® also has this same effect on your divine genome as you experience the living transmission activating your body, heart, and mind with Sophia Christ consciousness.

• Do you feel worthy of being seen and treated as an equal with the Ascended Masters?
• What traditional religious belief systems may keep you from feeling worthy enough to accept their ever-present support?
• Does it feel safe to ask for their help every day? Are you willing to allow their divine love and guidance to support your Higher Self embodiment practice?
• Why is the living human example of the Ascended Masters essential for believing that our own self-mastery is possible?

Divine Feminine vehicle for awakening #5: “Create a multidimensional container that activates visionary states of consciousness by the sharing of direct revelations through visions.”

The Sophia Code^® is a complete and whole download of oracular visions that create a multidimensional learning container for you. When you read the book aloud and work with this sacred text this multidimensional learning container activates your psychic centers. Over time, the light of your Higher Self integrates within your psychic centers so that you can feel, hear, and see through your intuitive faculties with greater clarity and accuracy. • Many people say that they want their psychic centers activated but they feel unconsciously afraid of what they will see about reality. • When you read The Sophia Code^® and participate in the Mystery School curriculum materials the living transmission is continually clearing resistances to living in your highest potential. Allowing yourself to feel, hear, see, and know the truth of your Higher Self is essential for that to happen. Write a one sentence prayer that can help you pivot in moments of inner resistance. This prayer should be your intention to live in integrity with your intuition by following through on the daily guidance of your Higher Self.  Make the prayer short enough to memorize and access in any practical, real life moment.

Post an image that expresses your courage to live a life aligned by following through on your Higher Self’s divine guidance. Share your prayer from the journaling exercise in Divine Feminine Vehicle of Awakening #5.
