We do not refund for any reason, instead we offer a store credit or exchange to be applied to any other online course program on our website. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must email us here within 7 days of initial enrollment. Exchange or store credit requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny an exchange. Because our curriculums and programs require significant human resources to enroll students, for all exchange requests granted, a 10% processing fee is assessed and deducted from the exchange or credit value.
