Thank you for your understanding that the CV crisis has caused extreme shipping delays and missing packages with the USPS overseas shipping option. We now only offer Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and all International Shipping options to be fulfilled with DHL. Continental US shipping with USPS is still available. Please Note: An international order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed during customs clearance in your country. These import charges are completely separate from your jewelry order and we have no way to predict or control any import fees that are incurred following your purchase.

Currently in-stock orders will ship out in 2-3 business days. Out of stock items may take 3-6 weeks to ship. Orders to the continental US will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority with tracking unless you select an alternative.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses most international countries and regions. For more information, please email us at jewelryorders@kaiara.com. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number from jewelryorders@kaiara.com. If you don’t see this email and wish to track your package, please try checking your spam folder or email us with your order number.

It is also important to note that International packages cannot be expedited. Depending on your country, customs may hold on to your package for clearance, and these times are unpredictable and shipping carriers are unable to provide information in regards to how long clearance will take. returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges received within 10 days.

Your purchase will be refunded in the full amount, minus shipping costs, as long as merchandise is returned in its original condition with packaging. If you wish to return an item please email jewelryorders@kaiara.com for instructions. In your email please include your original order number. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges for different sizes or items are accepted as long as merchandise is returned in its original condition with packaging. If you wish to make an exchange, please email jewelryorders@kaiara.com for instructions. In your email please include your original order number, and desired exchange item and/or size with shipping address confirmation. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to exchange an item.

As soon as we receive your original item we will ship your exchange item with a confirmation email. If we receive an item with visible signs of wear, we will be unable to accept it for a return or exchange. If you have any questions at all we are happy to assist you.
