Preparing for class
Every time you prepare for class with a consistent ritual you are clearing the space within you to fully receive that day’s teachings and activations. Ritual consistency supports the ego structure to relax. Your class preparation will signal to your awareness that it is safe for your body, heart, and mind to receive the Mystery School teachings for how to embody your Higher Self. Take pleasure in the small joys of preparing for ceremony. In our busy world lighting a candle is a revolutionary act of beauty for your spirit to thrive!
Before every class, please prepare your sacred space with the following rituals:
- Bless a glass of filtered / spring water to drink during class
- Have your copy of The Sophia Code® with a journal and pen
- Light a candle
- Light a stick of incense or use an essential oil diffuser to shift your awareness
- Receive the ceremony of class indoors, preferably in your private sacred space
- If you are outdoors, please be in nature where you will not be disturbed by others
- Always refrain from driving or operating machinery while listening to class
- Make a prayer to move beyond any unconscious resistances so you can open your heart to the truth of your sovereign divinity

The following 5 Self-Mastery Activation Steps involve in-depth instructions and creative processes to complete.
Here’s what you do once you have completed all 5 activation steps:
- PLEASE remember to thoroughly read and follow all the directions exactly as they are written for each homework assignment.
- After you complete all of your activation steps return to this submission form and enter in your responses for each data entry field all at once.
- Once your answers are typed in to each of the entry fields click the “Submit” button at the bottom of this section.
- You will receive an email with a copy of your responses, as well as be able to view your homework in your class portal.
- Remember that every Self-Mastery Activation Step in every Module needs to be completed as a part of your certification approval.
- Please remember to use the #hashtag directions when posting your homework assignments to the Sophia Circle Leaders Official Forum.
